Testing procedures

Brake system friction properties are tested under conditions simulating real use. Stability, high-speed braking performance and noise levels are among the factors evaluated.

• Braking efficiency at 700°C (standard 150–300°C).
• Braking performance above 100 km/h.
• Wear test at 500°C.
